Hip Hop Abs Review
62
Hip Hop Abs is a fitness program on DVD that was created by personal trainer, Shaun T. The concept is to work out your abs in a fun and entertaining way by dancing to hip hop music. Each exercise move is focused on contracting and expanding your abdominal muscles, however, because of the dance movements, you are still burning plenty of calories.
If you consider yourself an awful dancer, don't worry. The moves are easy to follow and there is no reason to feel like you need to be a great dancer to do them. Remember that while it is danced based, you are still exercising and the movements have a purpose.
The coolest thing about this workout is that it is extremely fun regardless of dance skill. Shaun T. creates a party atmosphere and you can't help but have a good time. The music is awesome and you won't feel like you're working out at all which makes the time fly by.
