A Team Beachbody Coach is an independent distributor for Beachbody, the company behind popular fitness programs such as P90X, Insanity, Turbo Fire, and the wildly popular nutritional supplement called Shakeology.

There are no major requirements for becoming a Team Beachbody Coach except for having a desire to get fit, stay fit, and help others do the same. You do not need to be a fitness professional or be in great shape when you start.
